Wireless Microsystems was founded in March of 1994 in Reading, PA by
Iconomos(Ico) Koullias, an electrical engineer from Bell Labs with 20 years experience in the design of RF Integrated Circuits. In 1995, the first employee was hired and the company moved to Wyomissing, PA where the headquarters still resides.
Wireless Microsystems is a privately held, self funded corporation. Since 1994, the engineers at Wireless Microsystems have designed over 50 RF Integrated Circuits with a majority of those in volume production today. Wireless Microsystems has an excellent record of first pass success and on time delivery.
